The most compact forging system with with induction tunnel in the Neotecman range. An automated forging cell integrating bar loading, heating, billet cutting and forging in one continuous cycle, designed for brass, eco-brass, aluminium and copper production.
How The System Woks (Process Flow)
Bar loading → Gas heating → Hot shear cutting → 5-punch forging → Forged part unloading
