The most compact forging system with gas furnace in the Neotecman range. An automated forging cell integrating bar loading, heating, billet cutting and forging in one continuous cycle, designed for high-volume brass and eco-brass production.
How The System Woks (Process Flow)
Bar loading → Gas heating → Hot shear cutting → 5-punch forging → Forged part unloading
