The HV205.32 series is an advanced evolution of the traditional F32 model, now featuring a fourth horizontal punch to enhance multi-stroke forging performance. Maintaining full compatibility with F32 dies, we’ve retained the same die holder dimensions, allowing our customers to benefit from additional features without needing new tooling.

This upgraded design improves energy efficiency and offers the ability to produce lighter parts by using additional cylinders to reduce weight. The HV205.32 series is built on Neotecman’s signature double structure for both press and furnace, incorporating a robot for versatile billet positioning. This enables multiple billets, symmetrical placement, varied orientations, or simultaneous processing of multiple billets.
