At Neotecman we believe that manufacturing an excellent quality machinery is not enough. We want to make sure that our forging systems produce the final pieces our Customers have in mind. The die design department provides complete support – from the preparation of a very first evaluation of the production feasibility for the requested pieces, up to the delivery of tested and ready to use forging dies.
We are constantly aiming at weight optimisation, and we try to produce two or even three pieces per shot in order to increase the production rate.
Neotecman’s billet cutting technology allows to forge pieces with different weights on the same shot. Having our own CNC machines at our premises enables us to arrange for on site die manufacturing, testing and immediate rectification when required.
We study our Customer’s most audacious forging projects and fight to make them happen!
